I am a Product designer with an enthusiasm for exploring, and a passion for human-centric designs.
Transitioning from a Customer Experience Researcher to a Product Designer is possible with the right approach and dedication. While the two fields may seem very similar, there are transferable skills that I can leverage to make the transition smoother. My experience as a Researcher may have given me excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail and precision, which are all essential qualities for a Product Designer. I have taken courses in UX/UI design from CareerFoundry to build my skills and knowledge in the field and build my portfolio by working on personal projects, this shows that I am taking proactive steps towards transition to a Product Designer.
